PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Name of rental property: CHATEAU DE CAUTINE

Description of accommodation: Chateau/manoir with private lawns and gardens.
The house offers 8 bedrooms. There are three double beds, 3 standard single beds, 7 large single beds (3/4 size) 3 foldaway beds and 1 cot. 3 bathrooms, 4 WC, lounge, formal dining room, kitchen/dining. Swimming pool is open between May and October and is separated by a fence and protected by an alarm.
Facilities: Swimming pool, sun chairs, barbeque, Satellite TV, DVD, stereo system, washing machine, microwave, electric hot plates, electric oven, toaster and coffee maker.. Central heating. Outdoor tables and chairs.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
Date of rental: from Saturday to Saturday
Arrival time: Arrival on Saturday after 4.30pm
Departure time: Before 10:00am.
Deposit: A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival which will be held as a damage deposit. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear you will be informed of the cost of repair or replacement and the card will be charged accordingly. Alternatively a 400 Euros cash deposit can be paid on arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure after inspection of the property.
Heating: Central heating is installed in the house. The first 100 euros of fuel is included in the rental price. Usage in excess of this will be charged at cost. We suggest that the radiators are turned off in unused rooms.
Bed linen and towels: These are provided free of charge. A change of towels and bed-linen is provided each week with rentals of 2 weeks or more.
Cleaning: It is a requirement that on departure the client ensures that it is left in the same condition as found upon arrival. Otherwise a cleaning supplement may be charged.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
The reservation takes effect when the owner/manager has received a signed and dated copy of the contract accompanied with payment of 30% of the total tariff.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total tariff.
If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total tariff.

In the event of non-arrival:
100% of the total amount of the stay

In the event of early departure:
If for any reason you decide to leave before the end of your scheduled stay, no refund will be given.

In order to cover any risk of cancellation or interruption of your stay, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The contract between the owner and the client takes effect when the owner or manager receives a copy of the contract completed, dated, signed and accompanied with the deposit.

On the Chateau de Cautine web pages, you can request information and pay for your chateau rental. To complete a transaction the type of information we need from you are name, contact, delivery and billing information as well as credit card information.
